Demi began with a simple belief: food operators deserve better tools.
Founded by Drew Munro and Ryan Angel, two Red Seal Chefs and operators who lived the daily realities of running food businesses, we set out to solve the many challenges that slow operators down.
What started as an internal system to streamline our own operations quickly became much more. After using it to scale our food business to millions in revenue and secure major grocery partnerships, we knew it was time to share it with the industry.
